During these challenging times the safety and wellness of our employees and customers is at the forefront of our minds. We wanted to ensure you that if an issue arises with your life safety/fire alarm system we are available 24/7. Our services are deemed essential to critical infrastructure operations, as stated in the State of Illinois executive order No.8, section 12h, during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. HRSS is working at full capacity to meet your life safety needs.

We are closely monitoring updates provided through the CDC and the State of Illinois ordinances. Our staff has been instructed how to properly sanitize themselves, their trucks, their equipment and to at a minimum keep a six-foot social distance from others.

If your life safety/fire alarm system experiences any troubles or issues, please call us. We are available 24/7 to provide “All Systems Normal”.

Zurich had their final move in last weekend and are now 100% occupied. You had a great crew out here with Chris S. as your lead technician. He did a great with all aspects of the fire alarm system. He was a great help with getting our occupancy with the village and was always available to help solves problems and answer questions.
