Oak Trace Downers Grove - High Rise Security Systems/SMG

Oak Trace is an assisted living community unlike any other. It is currently nestled in Downers Grove conveniently located to the surrounding Chicago-land area. The current expansion will include 160 new residences, a fitness center, spa, dining venues, a library, private gardens and a new community health center. This multi-use occupancy is being designed using a simple network concept.
Homes for the elderly require special attention and operating features to meet state requirements. When protecting multi-family elderly housing one must be aware of the type of occupancy. These types of units may fall into one of the following descriptions:

Ambulatory care
Skilled nursing
Memory care
Assisted living
Independent living

Challenge lies when multi-occupancy exists under the same infrastructure, such is the case with the recently awarded Downers Grove Oak Trace facility. HRSS/SMG is up these challenges with experienced fire and safety system services to commercial properties of all shapes and sizes.
