Oak Trace Downers Grove

Oak Trace is an assisted living community unlike any other. It is currently nestled in Downers Grove conveniently located to the surrounding Chicago-land area. The current expansion will include 160 new residences, a fitness center, spa, dining venues, a library, private gardens and a new community health center. This multi-use occupancy is being designed using a simple network concept.
Homes for the elderly require special attention and operating features to meet state requirements. When protecting multi-family elderly housing one must be aware of the type of occupancy. These types of units may fall into one of the following descriptions:

Ambulatory care
Skilled nursing
Memory care
Assisted living
Independent living

Challenge lies when multi-occupancy exists under the same infrastructure, such is the case with the recently awarded Downers Grove Oak Trace facility. HRSS is up these challenges with experienced fire and safety system services to commercial properties of all shapes and sizes.
